Once we identify that we are both a good fit for each other, you will get the entire Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), that explains all the details of the investment. Once we purchase the property, you will receive quarterly statements along with your quarterly payment.
The investment is secured with the real estate. With any investment, there is no 100% guarantee that it will return the projected return. That being said, your quarterly preferred returned is realized each quarter until the sale or refinance of the property.

The financial services industry pushes insurance and stock options with heavy management fees with no security of the market. These financial powerhouses spend endless resources on advertisement. We are a small boutique company and not able to compete with these large companies advertising budget, therefore we rely on referrals and organic marketing tactics to find our Oasis Family. If you ask any advisor, they will most likely only sell you what they can sell to you directly, and our assets are not available to these advisors, hence why you have never seen something like this.

We are regulated by the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) to only allow a certain number of investors per property offering. And so our minimum investment reflects that amount and creates a smaller group of individuals to share in the equity which results in a larger equity share for each person.

Once the asset is closed, funded and under our management. We pay on a quarterly basis with the accrued equity being paid at the time of sale or refinance.
Ex: Property is closed, funded and under management by Jan. 1 2020. Your first check for the preferred return would be sent the second week of April. We decide to sell or refinance the project in Jan. 1 2023, in addition to the quarterly preferred return you received along the way, the accrued equity would be dispersed with your quarterly payment in the form of a lump sum payment.
